Fruit desserts are interesting for children's diets, as they are healthier and contain fiber and vitamins. For this recipe for mango tartlets you don't even need to turn on the oven to get a rich sweet.

The recipe for children by Zuzana Pinilla, from the blog 'Beyond gluten' is also ideal for children allergic to nuts, since instead of nuts the base of the tartlets has coconut and raisins or dates, a juicy flavor and exotic for children's dessert.

For the mass

1 cup of grated coconut

20 dates (or raisins)

For the filling

1 large mango

1 large banana

To decorate

Blueberries or strawberries for garnish (3 blueberries or 1 strawberry for each tartlet)

1. In the food processor process all the ingredients for the dough until obtaining a dough where the pieces of dates have been mixed with the coconut. If you take a little of this mass between your fingers, when you squeeze it, it should stick.

2. Put some grated coconut in the bottom of the molds so that the dough does not stick. Put the dough little by little in the tartlet molds and with your hand squeeze it so that it sticks and so that it takes the shape of the tartlet mold.

3. Put the ingredients for the filling in the food processor (there is no need to clean it after preparing the dough) or in the blender and process until obtaining a smooth cream. Fill the tartlets with the filling.

4. Store in the fridge or freezer. After a couple of hours the tartlets can be "unmold", garnished with blueberries or strawberries and served. If they don't come out easily, they can be put in the freezer for a while. They last a couple of days in the fridge or longer in the freezer. Bon Appetite!
